Questions
Are the prices on this page current?
Yes. This page is built from our live stock, so prices and availability update as soon as we change them. Storage size or colour can change the price, so check the product page or ask us on WhatsApp for an exact quote.
What do “UK used”, “foreign used” and “fairly used” mean?
New means sealed and unused. UK used and foreign used are pre-owned devices imported from abroad. Fairly used means pre-owned locally. Every listing shows its condition label, and the product page describes any visible wear.
Do the phones come with a warranty?
Brand-new items come with the manufacturer's warranty. UK used, foreign used and fairly used items come with a 7-day functional warranty from delivery unless the product page says otherwise. Unused, sealed items can be returned within 7 days, and faults found on arrival should be reported within 48 hours.
How do I pay?
Order on the website or on WhatsApp, then pay by bank transfer into our company account (use your order number as the reference). Pay on delivery is available in some locations and for some order values. We never ask for your card PIN or OTP.
Do you deliver outside Lagos?
Yes, we deliver nationwide. The delivery fee and estimated time for your state are shown at checkout before you pay. If in-store pickup in Lagos is available for your order, you'll see it as an option at checkout.
